This is a new build commercial unit within an industrial area. The proposal is located within a parking designated area which is a part of the adjacent end of terrace industrial unit. RS Architects are the second architect that has been appointed to produce planning, building control drawings and to project manage the scheme. The internal design is flexible pending feature occupies specific requirements.
RS Architects were appointed to design an extension to an existing primary school to create overflow class rooms to accommodate extra pupils.
The extension became a great benefit to students and staff at the school, optimising the site more effectively and maintaining the characteristic
of the original school.
