RS Architects were appointed to solve a shortage of space at Stockley Park Golf club in the heart of Hillingdon. This building was originally designed by Ove Arup in 1993. Previously, the ground floor of the golf club was often busy since the golf reception, catering facilities and offices were all in the same location. Currently, the golf club requires more space due to a high demand of various activities on the ground floor, consequently, a new Golf reception shall be introduced to encourage golfers to take a direct route to the golf reception. Furthermore, we propose to introduce a new second floor which shall accomodate new facilities. The project shall provide an enhanced spacious environment at the clubhouse and an aesthetically pleasing exterior wall.
This is a new build commercial unit within an industrial area. The proposal is located within a parking designated area which is a part of the adjacent end of terrace industrial unit. RS Architects are the second architect that has been appointed to produce planning, building control drawings and to project manage the scheme. The internal design is flexible pending feature occupies specific requirements.
RS Architects were appointed to design an extension to an existing primary school to create overflow class rooms to accommodate extra pupils.
The extension became a great benefit to students and staff at the school, optimising the site more effectively and maintaining the characteristic
of the original school.
