  • Vivian Avenue NW4

    The finalised scheme is a new 2 storey flat, which will fully utilise the large open plan space available. The design aims to enhance the current character and influence the surroundings with a modern, engaging property.

    The scheme is designed to provide privacy of the occupants; this is achieved by having small high level windows. These allow for maximum daylight to enter the internal spaces due to the angled nature of the window surrounds. In areas where privacy is not an issue, such as the front elevation, larger glazing will be utilised.


  • Golders Green NW11

    The brief for this project was based around creating a design which provided a garage and accommodation, focusing on disability access for the client.

    We offered a modern, elegant design proposal, which suited the client’s needs; first and foremost there is disabled access both from the main house and from the street. Due to the location of the site, having a side street, the proposed design aimed to block out the noise produced from this busy side road, thus benefiting not only the client but the neighbours.

  • Ealing W5

    RS Architects has been developing a luxury contemporary ECO building for residential use in one of the most prestigious areas in Ealing.

    Following a detailed analysis of the Ealing area, it has been decided to carry on with the option of the one mansion on two storey plus basement with covered swimming pool.

    The design initiative was to create a brightly lit modern building while also incorporating sustainable solutions. The heart of the project revolves around a triple height glazed atrium which acts as a light and ventilation source connecting the different levels using stairs and bridges.


  • Edenbridge Road Enfield EN1

    RS Architects were found through RIBA and appointed to design this previously architect designed house. The house has unusal detailed features. This project is a single storey side and rear extension to an unusual and very characteristic dwelling.
    The extension was implemented to enhance the existing character of the house while creating a larger open plan kitchen and living space and accommodation for an elderly person. The new windows are large, to match the original and to create a bright, airy living space.

  • Alexandra Park Road Muswell Hill N10 Extension

    RS Architects were appointed to extend and improve the accommodation to this residential building. This project is in a conservation area in Muswell Hill N10.
    The client requested a single storey extension to create more spacious bedrooms and a larger, modern living area. The open plan living/kitchen area has been relocated to the rear of the property to allow for free access to the garden. A large master bedroom with en-suite facilities has been created.  The first bedroom has also been extended to create a study area with a roof light, which maximises light but maintains privacy, as the bedroom space itself is not exposed.
