We were responsible for planning condition applications, ensuring that our client's intent matched with the approved documentation. Once all was as per Client's preference, we were appointed to provide structural design in parallel with building control package including technical construction specifications meeting building regulations. Party wall agreements were also included into our services. Our client was the main contractor responsible for the construction.
Even though we were not project managing neither administrating contract handling, we did get involved as consultants to deal with subcontractors, suppliers including certain drawing revisions making sure detailing was according to specialist's recommendation.
