Rear Extension and Loft Conversion

Our team oversaw the entire project for a double storey rear extension, which included a new glazing feature and internal reconfiguration. We handled everything from the initial conceptual and developed design to the planning application, structural consultant conciliation, building control detailed drawings and application, tender package, party wall agreement, CDM, and construction management.
